HR Business Partners Forum
Orion Partners are pleased to facilitate a strategic HR practitioner networking forum. Its focus is on the debate and dissemination of innovation and best practice for those in HR Business Partner roles. It combines an opportunity to mix socially and intellectually with those in similar roles, in leading private and public sector organisations. Each event focuses on driving out practical approaches that can be used to make a difference to the organisations the attendees support.
THE FORUM'S PURPOSE
The forum provides those in the HRBP role a space to reflect, exchange ideas and formulate practical approaches to dealing with the challenges and the opportunities they face in their own organisations. It focuses on key issues facing HRBPs and promotes the sharing of knowledge and debate amongst its members. Its primary aim is always to support its members in being more effective in their roles and extend the realms of what can be achieved.
WHO IS IT AIMED AT?
Attendees are senior HR professionals who are currently in, or about to commence, HRBP roles. They typically work with business unit leaders and senior managers in the public and private sectors. The forum meets on a quarterly basis at locations around central London provided by members of the forum’s own organisations.
