We regularly produce detailed reports and white papers on the latest thinking on HR Transformation. We seek to combine the learning from practical client experiences with some of the models and frameworks we have developed from our practical experience.
Workshops
We also run workshops which give participants access to best practice input in the area of HR transformation. They have been designed to help attendees shape their approach to improving the effectiveness of their HR functions. The workshops are a great opportunity to learn from both the Orion team and other delegates whose organisations may be facing similar challenges
The workshops can also be tailored to the specific needs of an individual company and run exclusively in-house. This has proved very successful with a number of high profile clients.
Formal Networking
Orion Partners know the value of learning from others and are happy to facilitate these opportunities through formal networking opportunities. We hold quarterly ‘Thought Leadership’ Events, where senior HR and business professionals are brought together to debate the ‘hot topics’ of the moment.
We are also the organisers of the Best Practitioner's Network, which brings together companies who either have or are considering implementing shared service to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR organisations.
